This gallery is worth a visit if you are in love with art. The Gallery began as a studio for Chris MacClure and his partner Marilyn Hurst in 1997 and its evolution over the past 9 years has been remarkable. This gallery displays much of his work as well as work from many local and national artists from Mexico, USA and Canada with all the art being related to Mexico reflecting the romance of Cabo.

At Golden Cactus Gallery you can browse through numerous fine prints, take a class or just enjoy a visit with artists like Brent Heighton, Paul Ygartua, Fernando Tames, Enrique Ortega, Jordan Bent and the like. The criteria for works to be admitted into his gallery are that all art must be Mexico/Baja related to reflect the romance of Cabo. The exquisite art adorning the gallery are a treat to behold and showcases Mexico's rich cultural heritage.

Famous personalities such as mezzo soprano Frederica Von Stade, Don Prudhomme famous drag racer, actors Eddie Murphy and Peter Strauss, to name a few have visited the gallery in the past.
