Newcomers Club

If you are new to Mexico city and want to make new friends then join Newcomers Club. Formed to welcome and help members and their families adjust to life in the Mexico City community, it promotes Mexican culture and supports a number of charities.

For a membership of this club, all you need is fluency in spoken English, whether just learning or it's your native language. Members comprise of recent arrivals as well as people who have lived here 3, 5, 10 and even 15 year.

The Club hosts monthly general meetings, social events like neighborhood coffee, interest groups which encourage members to learn about their new city, its culture, activities, lifestyle, and to develop friendships by sharing interests and hobbies with each other and children's activities like Kids Play Groups and member support groups.

They also indulge in charity work within the area and visit local orphanages on a monthly basis.

Timings: Hours: M, W, F 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
