the best traditional jazz, ragtime and blues live with acoustic instruments, typical homemade Italian cuisine and pizzas with genuine Neapolitan taste.

Due to its outstanding participation in the entertainment and tourism industry promotion into the City, Pasta Jazz has officially gained recognition by Tourism Ministry of the Federal District Government. Owned by Maestro Paolo de Sanctis, it has been among the top 10 bars of Mexico City. Apart from receiving you personally, Maestro even plays traditional jazz, on the grand piano with his trio: "Paolo de Sanctis Jazz Gang", with the invaluable support of his friends, Maestro Enrique Valadéz at doublebass and Maestro "Chalillo" Gonzalez at the drums.

Typical homemade Italian cuisine and pizzas in genuine Neapolitan style is directly supervised by Paolo de Sanctis. It also invites other jazz groups or musicians for shows or jam sessions and offers the place for private parties as well.
