The Old Property of Tlalpan, is one of the most exclusive and sanctioned restaurants of Mexico, is located to the south of the City of Mexico.
The restaurant is worth visiting to admire its 17th century colonial architecture surrounded by beautiful gardens. The menu offers Mexican and international cuisine accompanied by an excellent selection of wines. The lobster bisque, grilled beef a la Tlalpeña or the Hacienda breast of chicken is recommended. At dinner time, delight in the pleasant background music and the garden views while enjoying a serene and pleasant atmosphere.
As its names implies, it was once the mansion house of a flourishing hacienda, or country property which has been adapted for the comfort and enjoyment of its patrons, preserving the ambiance and charm of a by gone age.
It is the ideal setting for small, intimate groups, large parties and special events. You have a choice of five bars, two dining rooms with a la carte service for 230 and 350 persons, two terraces (for 100 and 160 persons), five private banquet salons, and the garden where 1,000 persons can comfortably gather for special celebration.
